We’ve partnered with Garmin Dispatch to offer you SignalTrack’s most effective Driver Dispatch Fleet Management System — a very cost-effective and driver-friendly tracking system. It provides the tools needed for tracking, routing, dispatching, navigation and messaging. Some additional features include real-time wireless connectivity and voice-aided guidance for drivers and dispatchers.

Dispatch

Unlike other fleet tracking solutions, the Smart Antenna saves you the time from having to dispatch jobs one at a time, allowing you to store and send up to 30 days of dispatch instructions. Plus, you’ll get two-way messaging with drivers and be able to see the jobs that employees have deleted, which can otherwise lead to miscommunication about expectations.

Communicate

Communicate more effectively with Garmin Dispatch. It enables the office and vehicles to have a better flow of communication, and also has the ability to receive the address and job information from a dispatcher. Other features include the ability for drivers to accept or decline a job and route themselves to the next job or service call with turn-by-turn voice guide directions, and the ability to message the dispatch when the job has been finished, with the simple push of a button.

You can also get 2-way text messaging for your Garmin navigation unit so that you can always get back in touch with your drivers and avoid any miscommunications.
